Perfection is unachievable, but that should not hinder any of us from trying each day to get as close to it as we realistically can. The world changes, general expectations change, the industries we work in change; due to these facts there is always something new to learn, some new step you’ve never taken, a work experience never faced. 

That is why we should constantly be growing on an individual level and as a whole team. Growth is imperative for companies working to reach short and long-term goals.
