Hey Honey team! We are excited to come to Sacramento and explore how to tackle some 'Risk-based Innovations'! We hope you are game. You guys are seeking to undertake a creative brand licensing operational model, and we want to make sure everything is buttoned up before pulling the trigger. With this prework, we'll make sure we all learn as much together as we can before the retreat so that it eventually changes your clients in ways that no other agency has dared to change clients before!

Then, at the retreat, we'll learn even more about risk balancing (with this Prework as the foundation), and tackle some exercises together so that everyone's thoughts and ideas fit nicely into Honey's future licensing model! You ready?!
