Our growth consulting becomes more specific than our Coaching & Programs. Here we design and develop particular retreats for companies and often includes their teams. We perform discovery around each particular company that we consult with, and then we design the strategies to teach those through a 2 to 3 day transformation retreat. The result is intense clarity of the issues surrounding growth and company building as well as the map forward describing what to focus on to complete the transformation. All retreats are led by the partners of the firm.
We have developed our own methodology of performing agency assessments. Designed around an intimate interview process, we can pull all levels of knowledge and awareness out of a team. Generally centered around growth issues, we can add in financial assessments as well, something only a financial consultative firm can perform. We use messaging techniques and processes to gain more insights than company owners could gain on their own. Agency assessments are performed by the partners of the firm.
Designing the team structures and company models that deliverables flow through is a key to efficient profit creation. Lack of profit, or unnecessarily high labor metrics, are typically the result of inefficiencies in how the team works together and communicates.
