Meet the Coaches
Entrepreneurial Discussion Groups

Join us for our quarterly discussion groups where we will tackle an important topic for our entrepreneurial clients. We will spend 20 to 30 minutes discussing and learning about the topic, and then the group will break out together in smaller groups to discuss the related topic and solutions on how to approach that topic.

Proprietary Consulting Methodology

We follow our proprietary consulting protocol to consult with companies that are in growth mode, are struggling with clarity around their business model, and/or need to solve some complexities around growth ceilings they are navigating. How does it work?

- We begin with a high level conversation about where you are in your journey, and what issues you are facing. We’ll explore team size, revenue size, and determine how your team structure is hindering or aiding your growth.

- We will then take your company through our Interview/Survey Assessment that produces our 3rd party ‘Insights Document.’ This involves live and private interviews as well as team-wide surveys that reveal our consultative opinions. This assessment is required for engagement.

- Once surveys and assessments are completed, we have the consultative context we need to lead the owners and leaders through retreats that solve for their issues and prepare them to roll changes into the team and operations. Our retreats involve education, as this is the foundation of understanding why changes are being suggested.

- After the retreat with the owners and/or leaders, we will usually lead a team retreat as well to bring the culture around to the new structure that is being implemented to address the growth issues.

- To support our consulting clients, we also use coaching sessions and messaging sessions to support the barriers that owners and leaders will inevitably hit during this change management process. The number of sessions depends on the complexity of the engagement and how long the process is predicted to take.
