Quick-witted, highly intelligent with an incredible observational humor.

Lorin Hamilton is our Operations & Project Manager. After graduating Presbyterian College with a BS in Accounting & Management, and then graduating Winthrop University with an MBA, she went on to work in large and small corporations covering every stint in the accounting departments imaginable. After covering all the bases in A/R, A/P, tax departments, and accounting associates, her most recent role before joining the Blumer Team was as a Director of Accounting Services in a large growing CPA firm, leading teams to deliver all aspects of the accounting, tax, and payroll for the firm.

She serves our team in the project management, operational movement, and accounting and payroll leadership of the firm. The team leans on her excellent intuition in service and technical know-how of moving all processes along. If we don’t know how to do it, Lorin creatively finds a solution that can then be documented in a process for the whole firm.

She enjoys being involved in several different areas of the firm and being part of a really strong team. She’s eager to greet our clients with “Welcome! I am looking forward to getting to know you more and being able to serve you!”

She lives in Greenville, SC, with her pretentious dachshund Sadie, and she loves connecting with people on something they are passionate about. She enjoys her family, a really good meal (like the ones that feed your soul), and a cozy night with a wood fire. She is always adapting to the unexpected changes or events of firm management, and seeking to balance the ever changing fast movement of operations! When not moving companies, she can be found in the latest home improvement project, reading, hiking, or visiting farmers markets. Her morning coffee, or evening Old Fashioned, keep her sharp morning and night! She enjoys the movie, You’ve Got Mail (she can pretty much watch it in her mind), is currently listening to Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and enjoys Spring. If she could, she would love the ability to teleport to another time.

Favorite food: she’ll try anything, but loves a good cheeseburger
