1. The business is different now. The saying is true, “what got you here won’t get you there.” Growing agencies are often troubled when they find out that the practices they followed when there were 3 people on the team are decidedly NOT the same practices you’ll follow when your agency is 18 people. 3-people service-based companies are not the same thing as an 18-person agency. They require different skills, different thoughts, different processes, and different purposes.
