Come learn the Prototype Components Model for Growth system.

This is an MBA-style program to teach you to lead and grow your creative company (the one you never got in school). Learn with other agency owners who are digging through the ups and downs of their own growth. The Fusion Summit is for partners and leaders. It's the first conference of its kind in the creative services space. Julie & Jason will lead you as you work together to navigate growth.
You'll work hard to understand all of the components that go into services based growth, and you'll have time for workshopping your learning right in the Fusion Summit. Further, you'll complete an extensive assessment on the Prototype Components Model for Growth system to know where you stand overall and where your weaknesses are in your growth and scaling.

Let's meet at Soby's Loft and work on Introducing the Model

Explore the theory of how capacity exchange happens between capacity 'purchased' from team, and capacity 'sold' to clients. That theory is highly important to manage the capacity of a services organization as it takes in more and more revenue.

Lunch, Bio break, and Conversation break

After learning about the concept of Capacity Exchange in the Prototype Components Model for Growth, you'll have an opportunity to work through your takeaways with the other attendees in guided coaching/meeting sessions.

The PCM for Growth comes with a 100 question agency assessment. This is a quiet time to assess your agency after the day's learning.

After taking the Prototype Components Model assessment of your company, see where you are struggling and let's discuss confidentially in the group.

Let's work through the questions from Day 1

We'll learn a deeper theory of what capacity actually is in creative service companies (it's not all that you think). This will show the agency owner the importance of leading a team to stay on top of capacity management in order to remain competitive.

The Team Structure Capacity Chart (TSCC) is the tool agencies can use to document the realities of their team's capacity, and what is available for revenue generation. Attendees won't finish this tool, but we will work on the introduction to this tool in this section. Everyone will have a copy of the TSCC.

Lunch and perhaps some time to chat with others

After learning about the TSCC tool in the Prototype Components Model for Growth, you'll have an opportunity to work through your takeaways with the other attendees in guided coaching/meeting sessions.

Take some time to work on your own TSCC for your own agency. You won't finish so seek to become familiar with the tool so that you can continue the work at a later date.
